Kick-Off Meeting

Our practice team sits down with key stakeholders to discuss your project scope, consultants needed, desired timelines, and budget. The retainer fee allows us to initiate our proactive search process immediately following this meeting.

Determining a Blended Rate

We will keep invoicing and billing transparent and as simple as possible once a consultant from the bench is deployed. We will also collaborate to establish opportunities for volume discount options if applicable.

Our Delivery Process

A dedicated delivery team, supported by the retainer, will be focused on the proactive and active needs of your organization.

Our Consultant Selection Process

The retainer enables us to proactively interview 10& consultants, rank them, and create a live, editable proactive bench model based on availability and rank in a collaborative document (SharePoint, Teams, etc.). This ensures that when a need arises, you can quickly select from a pre-qualified pool.
