It starts with a conversation. Who you are, what you’re looking for, and where you want to take your career. We gather the details, learn all we can, and use what we discover to find an ideal match - ensuring you get the position, culture, and support you need to thrive!
Show Us Your Skills
Once we have a role in mind, we’ll schedule a practice interview for you to showcase your skills before meeting our client. In this meeting, we’ll also provide you with everything you need to know about the role, our client, as well as the team you’ll be working with.
Resume Crafting & Feedback
In addition to helping customize your resume before submitting it to our client for review, we’ll also pass along any feedback we receive and provide helpful advice on how we can continue to develop your resume.
Interview Prep & Coaching
If our client is interested, we’ll reach out to prepare you for that first external interview. Whether that includes additional coaching or walking you in and introducing you to the hiring manager, we make sure that you will feel confident presenting yourself and your skills.
Interview Feedback & Process Updates
Remember, we’re all about transparency and helping you thrive. This includes sharing additional feedback as we highlight your strong points and areas of opportunity. We’ll also share any updates about the process or your application as soon as possible.
Onboarding & Continued Support
If you receive an offer, we’ll go through it together, hammer out the details, and get to work onboarding you. If not, we’ll still keep you in our national delivery database and reach out whenever other fitting opportunities arise. Either way, our support for you will continue throughout the rest of your career, not just the duration of a project.
